Shipping & Delivery

How orders are delivered
Orders are fulfilled by the retailer you buy from. Delivery options, charges and estimated arrival dates are set by that retailer and shown to you at checkout, so the terms displayed there are the ones that apply to your order.
Tracking
Tracking is issued by the retailer and appears in the confirmation emails it sends you and in your account with them. If a tracking link stops working, the retailer holds the shipment record and can query the carrier directly.
Customs and import charges
Where an order crosses a border, duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country’s authorities. Whether those are included in the price or collected on delivery depends on the retailer’s terms for your destination, and is stated at checkout.
If something goes wrong
Delayed, damaged or missing deliveries are handled by the retailer that fulfilled the order. Open a claim through your order page — it keeps the evidence in one place.
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and photograph it before disposing of it. Carriers generally require that evidence to process a claim.
Wholesale and trade orders
Wholesale and stockist orders are arranged separately from consumer purchases. Write to us using the address on the contact page with the quantity, destination and required date, and we will send a written quotation.
